Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes, especially in the case of personal hygiene products. Please return the product strictly in its original packaging .

Steps for returning the product:
- Store the product in its original packaging.
- Place the product in a package containing an outer protective box to protect it during transport.
- Include all accessories of the product in the package as well.
