We are unable to exchange or take back products that are faultless and in working condition.
Warranty claim procedure:

- Product inspection (approx. 1–3 business days).
- Notification of warranty approval: replacement product, refund, or credit deducted from the next invoice.
Warranty information
- Valid if the issue is reported within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Applies to non-functioning products or products with manufacturing defects.
- Valid only if the product has not been resold yet.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes, especially in the case of personal hygiene products. Please return the product strictly in its original packaging.
The requirement to keep the original packaging for handling warranty claims is clearly stated on the website and in the store terms and conditions.
Steps for returning the product:
- Store the product in its original packaging.
- Place the product in a package containing an outer protective box to protect it during transport.
- Include all accessories of the product in the package as well.
This ensures a fast and smooth warranty process.
4. Order modification, cancellation:
You can modify or cancel your order via email (ugyfelszolgalat@erosin.hu) after placing the order, or by replying to the confirmation email.
If the order has already been invoiced, it can no longer be cancelled or modified!
5. Stock statuses (In stock,Low stock,Out of stock):
We indicate product stock statuses on the product page and category pages. The meanings are as follows:
- In stock: More than 8 pieces in stock
- Low stock: 1–7 pieces in stock
- Out of stock: 0 pieces
- Available for pre-order: Possibility to pre-order the product, which will be shipped after arrival.
- Notify me: Request a message when the product is back in stock with at least 1 or more pieces
6. Product reservation:
If the product is in the cart but not ordered, the system does not reserve it!
If you were able to purchase the product but it is later no longer available, we will set it aside for you in the quantity you ordered!
7. Modification of reseller data:
You can change the shipping address in the Profile/Addresses menu.
You can also change the billing address there, however we can approve it only after review!

8. Conditions for opening a physical store:
To open a physical sex shop in Hungary, the following permits and regulations must be complied with:
Notification of commercial activity: The sale of sexual products is a notifiable commercial activity. Before starting the activity, it must be reported to the notary of the competent local municipality.
Premises authorization: The selected premises must comply with building and occupancy regulations. An occupancy permit may be required, as well as proof of compliance with local building codes.
Fire safety and occupational safety regulations: The store must comply with fire safety and occupational safety rules. For this purpose, a fire safety policy must be prepared and appropriate occupational safety measures must be ensured.
Hygiene requirements: The premises must comply with health and hygiene requirements, especially if there are fitting booths or similar facilities in the store.
Advertising restrictions: Strict rules apply to the advertising of sexual products. Advertising in public areas and display in shop windows is prohibited.
Location in public space: A sex shop may not be located within 200 meters of any entrance of an educational institution, a child and youth protection institution, or a church or other place intended for religious practice.
Consent of neighbors: In some cases, written consent from immediate neighbors may be required for the operation of the store.
Compliance with condominium rules: If the premises are located in a condominium, the condominium regulations must be followed, and consent from the residents’ community may also be required.
Product packaging: Sexual products may be sold only in sealed packaging.
In addition to the above, it is recommended to consult the competent municipality and experts in order to obtain the exact requirements and permits, as local regulations and rules may differ.
9. Product database, feed usage:
We offer a full product database with images for our partners.
We reserve the right to modify the information contained in the database and exclude any liability for damages.
The text and data of the product database are the intellectual property of Adinno Online Kft. You may terminate its use at any time.

10. Dropshipping, outsourced logistics:
Our store does not offer dropshipping or outsourced logistics services!
11. Prices and recommended retail prices:
We have determined the pricing of our products based on market competitiveness and their uniqueness. We also represent these prices on our retail websites.
According to our pricing policy, efficient trading is worth pursuing only if the customer, retailer, and wholesaler are all satisfied throughout the process: the customer gets affordable prices, the retailer gets a profitable markup, and the wholesaler receives low discounted prices from the brand representation/supplier due to volume orders.
This way our development is shared and mutually beneficial.
Therefore, we recommend the following suggested price multipliers to our partners:
- Between 0 HUF - 9,999 HUF: Source price + 90% + 27% VAT
- Between 10,000 HUF - 19,999 HUF: Source price + 85% + 27% VAT
- Between 20,000 HUF - 29,999 HUF: Source price + 80% + 27% VAT
- Between 30,000 HUF - 39,999 HUF: Source price + 75% + 27% VAT
- Between 40,000 HUF - 49,999 HUF: Source price + 70% + 27% VAT
- Above 50,000 HUF: Source price + 65% + 27% VAT
